The story follows an up and coming stand-up comedian and the journey he goes on whilst discovering his routine. It looks at the difference between the on and off stage persona of a comic and the contrast between his real and rehearsed emotions. The juxtaposition will be further emphasised by the cinematography, with slick production for the stand-up and gritty, documentary-style realism for the journey.
